The similarity of cultures mainly come from the shared nature of people and societies.
People are at the heart of culture, and humans everywhere have similar ways of thinking and moral values. From East to West, appreciating parents, admiring heroes, loving one's country—these emotions are humanity's 'common language. These shared feelings create common ideas like family loyalty, respect, and patriotism. Culture also grows from people’s shared daily activities. Because humans experience the world in similar ways, different cultures develop similar symbols.
Looking at societies, old class divisions made culture deeply political. All cultures must solve basic problems like survival, work, and organizing communities. These shared needs lead to similar cultural patterns.to justify rulers' power, they all claimed 'kings were chosen by gods',to communicate better.They invented writing |
